We were recently called from London’s Primary School to assist with Paxton Access system. The installation comprised of about 20 access controlled doors which were behaving inconsistently.

Within few hours we were able to establish reason why the IT department was experiencing issues with the Access Control system and processed with rectification steps.

At the same time, we have described the issues to the IT manager so that in the future, they can pinpoint the issues they are having and potentially rectify the issues on the spot.
